Pokemon Galactic Platinum (c) Codec 2009​



Welcome to Galactic Platinum, Take the Role of a galactic grunt and complete missions and tasks to rise to the rank of commander.




A Hundred years after the original 'NEW WORLD' Operation, run by the Teams original founder, Cyrus, the world has changed alot. You were once an innocent villager but after being offered a scholarship at the Galactic Academy from Cyrus' grandson, the infamous Cypher, you realise that Team Galactic is your true calling. After accepting you are lead across your home island of Mythguard, and taken to the Academy. Rise the ranks to a commander and find out the most important Galactic plans ever to be though up!​


In other words:




-Play as a Galactic Grunt

-Experience sections of Sinnoh like never before
-Fight the grandson of Lucas, Marcus, as a rival who is a thread to your team.
-Get rid of the Gym System - and say hello to Galactic Ranks.
-Go to the Academy and graduate before sinnoh.
-Start with a Croagunk
-Amasing mini-games and challenging missions will keep you on your toes​

very cool id like to be a grunt for Galactic, Also ive got an idea for starters.

Glameow
Zubat

i know the triangle wont work but does it need to???

i thought of these because these are the pokemon most of the grunts have :)

Good Idea.
I might use that.
but Maybe just a choice between Stunky and Glameow.
And I was planning to just have unknown as the starter.

o i thought you meant the starter was unknown as in you dont know :P

maybe you could have stunky for boy, and glameow for a girl or vice versa??

You need to credit MasterOfPuppets for the rombase. :/

You also need to improve the maps, because i don't think people would want to play a hack with poor maps.

Well this bad guys were missing in the hacks where ya play as bad guy xD
So idea is good Cod... as usual your tiles are nice so I won't mention it xD but why didn't ya first finish EC?

lol. Thanks Ash. I am gonna finish EC. But it is on hold - It had waaayyy to many glitches and we are getting them fixed.

This hack looks realy cool! Its got cool storyline aswell! But dont you think 100 years is a bit too much? Maybe like... 15, 25 or 50 years... i would go for 15 (plus it dont make sence that cyruses grandson would still be alive after 100 years...)
I would love to help out with this game aswell? If you have any slots open? I could be a mapper and userbar maker :) Oh and maybe i could make you a trainer sprite (so it doesnt look like a normal grunt, i think the hero should stand out a bit...)

First of all. Cyrus is like 30 or something in Platinum.
he will have a son who will have a son and that would be 60 years. The grandson would be a small kid then. add forty years. 47 years old. 100 years after Cyrus.

Understand? It is a different Generation of man-kind.

Can you really make me a trainer sprite?
If yes I will give you credit. I need a Intro Trainer Sprite - correct size. Like a normal grunt but with a tiny bit of hair sticking out at the top.

EDIT:
Also, 100 years is around the time that all nature would have changed and not be exactly the same. otherwise it would just be a complete remade sinnoh. It needs to be slightly different.

I have - Thats how I learned to map.

Its awesome man. except one thing.
His hair needs to be blue.
And also. It needs to be the Intro Sprite Size.
Ye you can be A Mapper, a Userbar Maker, And A Bug-fixer maybe?

I dont realy know how to make a trainer sprite that big O.O well i do but it would be rubbish, plus i think you should use somthing like a galactic G for the title screen
