If you could have a large number of one Pokémon

I'd go out to my grandma's farm and populate it with a big herd of Tauros & Miltank, since they haven't had any animals for quite some time, but still have a ton of room for some. They'd never need to buy milk at the store ever again, hahaha.

I'd have a lot of Flygon. I seriously love this pokemon lol. I'd probably be the one raising a bunch of them. XD
