Mystic Plan,
Cause if he put some much effort in just the presentation of his hack showcase, think of how good his actual hack will be, :P. Also, judging by the screenshots, I really like the map design so far.

I'm going to vote for Mystic Plan. The Thread is well Organized, The Maps are good. The Story line is interesting. Its going to be a good Game.

I vote for Hunting Mew. The graphics are nice and I like the idea of going to the past and the story.

I vote for Pokemon Alliance. It looks like a great game, the Maps look Great, The OW looks good(the hair is See through! you should make it Darker.)
