Banned because Ice Beam is special and you should have used Ice Punch for better damage unless your Swampert is specially based which would be a stupid thing to do.

Banned, not on Swampert. If you do the calculations, a Swampert with max SpA actually does less damage with Ice Beam than a max Attack Swampert does with Ice Punch. It's not that hard to be smart, people!
