Hacking Innovation

Introduction

Hey there Im Johto_Legend. This group was created for hackers who have intentions to make better then decent or good hacks. Im talking about an intense storyline and great gameplay among other things like amazing mapping and scripting. Hacks have been getting popular but the quality sometimes isnt there. The goal of the Hacking Innovation is to be inspiration to future hacks and hackers by creating quality hacks. Hacks will become great in gameplay and graphics and will exceed expectations and will stand out in hacks. The group will focus on my hack right now but Team members who are working on their own hacks can also use the group to help with their project, not just mine. So lets get to the hack.

Im sorry i forgot that =p. its on firered. ill be posting some images up soon too. but not of the game ( im inserting tiles right now and everythings messed up =/ ), ill show things like title screen and region map, that stuff.

as soon as i make enough maps for a good portion of scripts. but if you really want to i can have you work a script; i would give you the dialogue and everything that would happen and then you would just script it.

It's ok I can wait, but just to remind you, I am not a professional scripter.

i understand,the scripts are not hard, mostly just conversation scripts right now, with a bit of applymovement in them.

Looking for someone who can map towns and cities, along with some very good spriters that can make almost nintendo like fakemon. plz apply!!!!

Hey what kind of fakemon were you thinking of? i've already been messaged by and replied to anglican but i was just wondering? i can only make splices so far but i can take the time to try make them look like new pokemon

Well from what you have showed me, your mapping has alot of errors but id like to see a whole map picture. as for your scripting, i could use your help with basic scripts, can you explain all commands you are familiar with?

Well if you look at the album in my profile, ive worked with splices before. splices are fine, but they would need to be good enough that its pretty hard to see the pokemon that were used for the splice.

Srry i skipped your post, i didnt see it, my apologizes. anyways, i couldnt see the map so if you can post it again that would be great, as for your tile inserting, can you handle pallets such as making sure nothing get messed up or anything?

I like your mapping but i have a few concerns. first, there is alot of empty space in the town, but that can be easily dealt with. Second, you mix and match tiles that makes the building look messy( the one on the way right). and lastly the mapping style in my hack is a mix of nintendo style and natural ( i have square borders and such, but the center is much more natural). if you can take these in consideration, we could get started right away. Welcome to the team!!!

He wanted me to do it according to the sample. So I did it like that thats all. What about scripting.
