As far as school setting anime goes only Utena scores higher for me, it was that good.

KyoAni are really becoming a bit of a love hate studio for me. From their last 4 shows I've dropped 2 and loved 2. Before that I liked Clannad a lot but was pretty indifferent to everything else (Air, Kanon, Haruhi, K-On!). Guess I should watch FMP so I've tried their entire library.

I've heard mixed things about it. It's one of those 90s classics I've just never gotten around to. I think that might be the next show I watch.

KyoAni is that studio that made the internet go nuts with their "Free!" commercial, no? Aka "Swimming Anime". Tumblr really went crazy about that. |D;


I really liked Clannad, though. And AIR as well... Though sometimes I wondered about all the shinyness. |D

I don't know about anything about any other of Kyoto animation's works but K-On! was ****. I didn't watch it completely but whatever time I invested in it was a waste. Worst anime ever for me.
