Because I need to find a flawless spread that I can actually hit (all the Smogon recommended ones have a delay about 20 higher that my usual delay range.)

Man, that kind of sucks.
I dislike how nintendo has been doing that. They seem to hate the existence of shiny legendaries.

Then they shouldn't be making shiny versions in the first place if they like to make it difficult to obtain them.
