* No nagging - I have a job, a life, a wife and I play rugby, I'm not available all the time (and I am on UK time)
* No hacked Pokemon
* I use action replays to give vitamins/rare candies/clone, though I do not hack the Pokemon
* I'm pretty much only interested in EV'd Pokemon, not shinies, though feel free to ask
