What is it, I am after the Elite 4 the first time, and after the whole events that allow you to trade to Ruby, Sapphire, and Emearld, I have every place unlocked, I just need to know where is the best place to train to high levels for the second attack on the Elite 4, any suggestions???

What types are you training?

If you're training Psychic- or Flying-types, there's a really good spot south of the volcano on One Island with a bunch of Fighting-type trainers. There's a double-battle and two single battle trainers, I believe.

Right, right, FrLg Challenge... I shoulda figured.

Well, there's bound to be tons of spots where there's some Swimmer trainers... Just Surf out there and spam the Trainer Battle-thingy. Can't remember what it's called at the moment.

There are about 4 trainers swimming with eachother south of Fuchsia, that could prove to be worthwhile with enough Vs Seeking. You should get yourself a Ditto and have 6 venusaurs :P

Sounds like a Venasaur-fest if you ask me. My challenge is coming along good, but I lost my FireRed again...

Does the Vs. Seeker work on water?

And don't forget to get some lucky eggs from wild chansey. They increase how much exp you get from each battle.

I just fought the E4 (second round) over and over until I won. It all depends on whether your Venusaurs can OHKO Lorelei's Pokémon...

Could someone list a guide for the best places Pre-Elite Four to train all types?

I train a variety of different types of Pokemon so I was curious if someone could type out a guide of different areas that would benefit all the different types?
