[Developing] Pokemon Dark Orchid

Pokemon Dark Orchid is a game that is being made in Pokemon Essentials v11 for RMXP, and will solely use FireRed/LeafGreen tiles due to absence of required tiles in other styles. This game will feature all 649 Pokémon, and will implement the Shadow Pokémon into the game. I started this project to work up to a respectable state, to gain the use of new tiles in future games, which explains why the game is in FR/LG style.

Plot

A mysterious organization is turning Pokemon into aggressive Shadow Pokemon, but it is up to the hero to stop them. At the start of the game, Doc Scott will give the player a Pokémon Catcher, a device used for snagging Shadow Pokémon, alongside the player's first Pokémon, Pikachu. When you start your journey, an unnamed spy from the aforementioned organization confronts the player and challenges it to a battle. After the player snags his Shadow Eevee, he runs away, then Doc Scott invites the player to the Grand Laboratory and gives the player a tour. During the tour, a familiar face will a PokéBall-like 'fro (you may know him as Miror B.) meets you and challenges you to a battle.

Characters

Doc Scott - A scientist who you meet at the start your adventure. He created the Purification Chamber, which is used to Purify Shadow Pokémon.

Miror B. - A wandering guy with a PokéBall-like 'fro hairstyle. You may remember him from Colosseum and XD Gale of Darkness. He's back. Once you accidentaly defeat a Shadow Pokémon, and no longer have the chance to snag it, try to find Miror B. to reclaim the Shadow Pokémon.

Dr. Doobul - A mysterious scientist and inventor. Not much else is known about him at this time.

Tenbean - Dr. Doobul's assistant.

Features

-All 649 Pokémon obtainable without any use of trading.
-Shadow Pokémon
-17 Gyms, 1 for each type. (Colosseum and XD did not have any Gyms.)
