Aerodactyl makes a better suicide lead than Camerupt:
-Taunt
-Stealth Rock
-Stone Edge/Rock Slide
-Earthquake
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure

Roar doesn't see much use on Manectric because of its bad defenses. You can use Switcheroo alongside a Choice item, but you have to breed for it

Gardevoir is best as Timid:
-Calm Mind
-Focus Blast
-Thunderbolt/Shadow Ball
-Psychic/Taunt
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
Ability: Trace

I'm pretty sure Aerodactyl is OU? iirc. \:

I'm agreeing with saying remove Roar from Manectric. Roar could be replaced by something like Charge Beam or Overheat. With Manectrics very shallow special movepool; those are your main contenders. You could try Thunder for more power, but the Accuracy is something to think about. You could try Substitute, to block statuses and stat lowering moves. Get a Sub on the switch and sweep away. Its nature should be Timid. Since it needs all the speed it can get.

Take Down isn't that good. \; Shoddy accuracy, not the strongest of moves and recoil just isn't worth it. Camerupt could run;

Camerupt @Focus Sash
EVs: 252 Hp / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
Ability: Solid Rock
~ Stealth Rock
~ Earthquake
~ Explosion
~ Yawn/Will-O-Wisp

Obviously set-up with SR. Then if your opponent is physical you could use Will-o-Wisp to burn them. Earthquake is for a nice STAB and coming off a decent attack stat will hurt. Yawn can be used for Pseudo-PHazing. Making them switch and take SR damage. It could also help if your opponent resists Explosion and Earthquake. Then once you're ready just Explode and take out whatever comes in. The Focus Sash lets you take a hit and survive, so at least you get SR up. The Ev's are made to maximize your overall defenses and maximize your attack.

Lopunny @Flame Orb / Choice Scarf
EVs: 252 Hp / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
Ability: Klutz
~ Switcheroo
~ Encore
~ Heal Bell / Thunder Wave
~ Baton Pass / Return

Lopunny can run many sets, but most of them include Switcheroo to screw over your opponents. You could either nail physical sweepers with Flame Orb or take down walls with a Choice Scarf. Encore lets you lock Pokemon into set-up moves, which can be useful for setting up yourself. Thunder Wave can cripple your opponents speed and with Lopunny's decent speed it could spread paralysis like wildfire. Heal Bell could rid your team of nasty un-wanted status effects. Baton Pass can get you out of a tight situation but using Baton Pass makes you taunt bait, Return is a nice reliable STAB that will hurt.

Since Poliwrath's speed is mediocre 128 Speed Ev's won't do much. Since you're running a SubPunch set, maximizing your Ev's are a must. Run 252 Hp / 252 Atk / 4 Spe. The former two can make your performances even better. Instead of Ice Punch you could run Bulk Up, to make your Attack and Defense even higher. Since Poliwrath's attack and defense are mediocre at best. With raised defenses your opponents will have a hard time braking your Sub which means you're free to fire off your incredibly strong Focus Punches.

Thanks you guys for the advice,I changed to charge beam on Manectric instead of roar, changed Gardevoir's nature and run Will-o-Wisp instead of take down on Camerupt. Your advice is greatly appreciated
