Found a used copy of Emerald, continued the saved file to get as much as I could, and here's my current team:

*Colonel (Blaziken)
*Jettster (Swellow)
*Gwendolyn (Gardevoir)
*Duran (Manectric)
*Sylvester (Breloom)
*Razorteeth (Sharpedo)

All in the 48-50 range.
