Kent looked around, still not seeing Neptune. He would have to begin preparations without him. He was sure he would turn up eventually. Kent began giving the Gold Tribe orders. They were to call off most patrols and return the armies to the city. The citizen have completely evacuated by now, most of them going towards either small villages or to one of the other two main cities of Gold City and Cape City. The Gold Tribe headed for the front gates, spread out throughout the multiple ranks of regular Alpha Alliance Pokemon. From a distance, Kent could see what appeared to be a large cloud of dust come towards them. This was the army. He looked at General Manchu, who stood by his side on the left.
"How long before you think they'll be here?"
"A few hours, at best, Kaiser. I expect them to be here no later than night."
Kent was concurred with this. They were close. He was glad they managed to get most of the citizen out of the city before they arrived. Now all they could hope for is that their defenses would repel the Order's armies. The sun shone high in the sky.
By nightfall, war will begin, he thought to himself. He saw Julie standing no too far away from him. "This will be your first major battle as a Gold Tribe member, Peacewarrior. You must be nervous. Don't worry. We look after our own. There will always be at least one Gold Tribe member watching your back."
Kent saw as Manchu departed briefly to check on his own soldiers to make sure they are ready. He was giving order to a few different Pokemon. From above, hundreds of flying Pokemon filled the sky, from Pidgeys, Tailows, Spearows, and many more. The Alpha Alliance army also consisted of all kinds of Pokemon, of every type and shape.
