If you don't mind, I would like a reservation for the last slot.

Hey Fly, don't worry about reserving. Just post a sign up. We kinda did away with the reservation process.
If I may highlight a personal interest here, I did enjoy the fact that he could be addicted to his own potions,
Seemed like the best way to go about it. That and I saw a number of peopel who took the idea of "flaw" to mean one relating to battle and thought I'd go another direction.as well as the fact that all of his abilities come with a downside.

@Crushgaunt I'm hoping to see my characters steadfast adherence to the teachings of bushido present interesting situations. Honour being so important to his core beliefs should prove problematic when talking to those less honourable. Not necessarily a pure flaw but more of a double edged sword that can help and hinder him (although predictably mostly hinder!)
He may for example struggle with your characters potion addiction issues or perhaps with pinksapphire's Hikari Natsumi Dendetsu's practice of ninjutsu. Obviously this is all speculation and depends on who exactly the stories play out but it will be interesting to see.
@LT Col Fantastic: I have just read your SU (although i skimmed through it earlier today) and I can see our two characters getting on well! At least they will learn a lot from each other!
@ShinyDiamond: Well sort of yes.
Ninja are commonly known as the warriors without honour. They were spies and assassins so would kill people from the shadows etc. Dishonourably.
Bushido was the warriors way and promoted honour in all things. To the point where if you were dishonoured you would commit Seppuku (stomach cutting) a kind of ritual suicide. Not particularly pleasant.
So the two ideas are at odds in a very fundamental way. Ninja have no honour besides the fact that they serve a lord and do not betray him/her. Samurai have rules they cannot break and so cannot do things such as spy or assassinate people.
It is more complicated than this (some samurai were also ninja etc.) but this is not a history lesson and i dont want to bore you! xD
Both have their uses and Teruyoshi would respect the need for ninja within his own family but a ninja from the other family? That would be a whole other matter.
Haha, yeah! Personality wise, hes a mixture of my friend Larry and the crisis core character Angeal.
:3 You talking about my character, Icarus?
