No US-unreleased video game stuff allowed in any US-released Super Smash Bros. game?

Hey guys. I just want to know what if all the characters, locations, items, and background music from the US-unreleased video games, including all Japan-only ones, are removed from the US-released version of the Super Smash Bros. video games, so that all of others are from the US-released video gaming history?

No, for the most part. The games aren't tailored to different regions

I think there was some censoring when it came to Melee (the Devil World trophy was excluded) and a few localization changes. And I can't think of anything missing from Brawl (heck, they even had music in other languages).
