Well, one of them has to be the infamous "all your base are belong to us" from Zero Wing. Other ones I like are:

I love this game more than I have loved any other and this is one of my many favorite scenes. To this day I still go back and play it on my Play Station. (I kept it so I could replay MGS and Chrono Cross.)

It needs some context to understand, but the Gat line is the actual quote I'm concerned about.

Context

Before a mission Pierce planning to rob a casino with a model display...

Pierce - "You and I enter the casino here, once inside we need to distract the security guard, I was thinking you could catch me cheating or some s*** like that. Anyway while the guard's concerned with throwing me out, Gat'll sneak in through this security door. Don't worry I've already got the passcode from the blackjack dealer Shaundi's f******, now once inside Gat'll have to sneak past the guards to cut the power, when that happens we only have 45 seconds before the backup generator turns on. During the blackout though-

Gat - Hold up man, I mean love the dream house you built here and everything. But what if we just start here, walk into the casino and just shoot all the motherf****** between us and the money?

It's not a legendary quote or anything, but it is hilarious.

There's quite a few good ones from what I would call the glory days of CoD (MW1, WaW, MW2). I'd have to settle with this...

In TLoZ: Phantom Hourglass, there's a man, who cooks. I can't remember the exact quote, but when you ask him about why he wants to learn to cook or something, he says something along the lines "Because I want to get married!" This isn't my favorite quote, but whenever I see a person cooking, it frequently comes to mind.
