Yes, but I still would like the eevee (Glaceon) to have water pulse. You do use an AR device to clone, don't you? If you do, then why not make one of your pokemon hold the TM water pulse in the pc, and then clone it so that way you can Clone the TM and pokemon at the same time. Or do you not use an action replay?

My AR won't work on my HeartGold. :/ I have to use Pokecheck to clone Pokemon to my HG game.
