Style Feedback: missing/broken things

My bad if you're already aware, but I was just thumbing through the styles and noticed some things:

Styles missing the new forum introduction things set by moderators:
New Directions
Snivy's Holiday
Flames of Simplicity
Generation Inverse
Unova's Violet Masquerade
Sweet Kisses

Styles in which the context bar covers the style selector:
Caramel Sentret
Unseen Forces
Azure Fantasy
Midnight Misty Revived

Styles which are mssing the vast majority of their images:
A Special Christmas
FG's "The Forgotten"

edit: also couldn't help but notice my fix for Kanto Dream still hasn't been implemented.

I don't mean to badger on, but it'd be rad if that could happen.

oops, looks like I forgot to add that the forumborder class has a fixed width of 1100px; like, 97% would be tight.

huh, something weird's going on with the header even after that too...

oh what, sitenavbg.png has a sliver of the header at the top of it. 1100px wide too. 0_o
