Gengar is pretty much the only issue I can see here. For one, Dark Pulse has redundant coverage with Shadow Ball and Giga Drain isn't doing you much favors, since Gengar has Thunderbolt for Water Pokemon (but not Water/Grounds).

Gengar can easily get away with just Shadow Ball and Focus Blast as its offensive moves, since both attacks have perfect coverage:
-Substitute
-Disable/Pain Split
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Life Orb

Thanks, I tried the set with Disable beforehand but I wanted more attacks. I think I'll go for Pain Split this time. Anything else?

You dont have any descriptions on any of your pokemon >_>

Anyway your Salamence has 252 HP EV's. Isnt it supposed to be 252 Attack? 252 Att is definitely the way to go as the HP EV's dont help it much. Also you might want a Life Orb or Lum Berry on your Metagross over Leftovers since youre using it for sweeping. Lum Berry will especially help to troll those annoying bulky waters using Scald.

My descriptions are too self explanatory so I don't put them. I'm a beginner. Also...wow I could have sworn it was in Atk. I guess Lum Berry will work for the reason you said so I'll try that. Thanks!

gengar gets STAB with shadow ball which boosts it from 80-88 so psychic would be a little bit more powerful but barely its not worth talking about really =/ everything else is good except salamence's fire blast I presume this is to cover ice types? Id give it flamethrower because after a dragon dance it would be almost dead and a fire blast is to inaccurate and doesnt get a boost from dragon dance either brick break or stone edge would also work but stone edge is inaccurate to, but honestly a few dragon dances+life orb makes outrage unbelievable your only problem is walrein 1st turn ice beam 2nd turn (if he survives) ice shard

1. STAB Shadow Ball from 80 - 120. STAB is 50% power increase.
2. The fire move is for Skarmory, Bronzong, Ferrothorn and other problematic steel walls. =)

Im not a big fan of mixed attackers. For your salamence, especially since its got DD, I would prob just make it a physical attacker. And I would put those EVs into attack instead of HP since most people kill dragons with ice moves which will one shot a salamence even if it has 252 evs. Plus it will benefit DD more. You might also want to consider using the DW Ability Moxie; I have it on my DD Gyrados and it works great.

You don't have many priority and anti-sweeper moves....so if something sets up it could sweep your whole team. One idea would to be to put bullet punch on metagross. And btw id also give him a lum berry instead because burn really cripples him and most pokes carry it. Other anti-sweeper moves could be roar, dragon tail, even will of wisp (im pretty sure gengar can learn it). I love putting a focus sash on gengar too cause his defenses are so bad he normally dies in one hit anyways. It would make him a great lead too.

Other than that, looks great :)

Just saying, Dragon Dance and Outrage are illegal at the same time on Moxie Salamence. There are times when Salamence needs Fire Blast because it struggles against Ferrothorn, Skarmory, Bronzong and Forretress if it gets locked into Outrage.

Also, Bullet Punch is redundant with Agility on Metagross.

I'll let someone else suggest some other form of priority for the team.
