HVR2011 Raikou should be legit as I got it from a French guy & Han Jiu Pikachu is the Korean event for Ash's Pikachu

Youtube. The older Action Replays need an update that isn't out yet. The newer ARDSi has the update so I got one of them from the store I work in added the code and got it working a long with a Shiny code, 100% Catch rate and catch any Pokemon. For a joke I got all the Legends in the game at level 100 both normal and Shiny. Also, the ARDSi gets around the region lock so I can play the Japanese game on my DSiXL.

What are the EV's on the shiny porygon-z?

-UT Germany Modest Shaymin lv.50 (5/16/09) OT Film11 ID 04019 quick to flee
Does this shaymin have the item that changes its form?

Also, I was looking down through your lists and couldn't find it but may have just been me. Do you have any japanese event pokemon of one of the following types?

Ralts, Dratini, Eevee

Those are my three favorite pokemon lines and would like to try and get other country versions of them.

I don't know the EVs on shiny porygon-z
shaymin doesn't have the item that makes it become sky forme, you get that item on your game (platinum and HGSS only)
I have JPN wish ralts, JPN Saikyou dragonite and JPN eevee events
