Suggestion.

You should make a sub forum specificly for any type of shop (Example: Sprite shop, pixel arts shop, etc etc)
And you can move all the other shops there too!

That'd be awfully messy. They're better where they are.
Think about it, someone looking for graphics will be looking amonst thrade threads and more it would be very confusing. And not to mention the sub forum wouldn't fit in anywhere else.
Everything is perfectly acessable as it is.

We don't have sprite shops because they're spampits, pure and simple.

I'm afraid your best solution is either to make friends with a spriter so that they might do you a favour or 2, ask someone nicely via pm or your best option is to take a few tutorials and learn yourself. But as Get Innocuous said they're often major spam pits
