If I were to eat your brain, which side would be better?

...don't count on me eating brains. that can stay on big brother. Anyway, left brain, right brain! Generally you specialise in one side, or instead in both evenly. Left is the analytical/logical one, and right is the fantasy/creative one. Which do you feel you fit more? (Or the middle option), and are you happy with the side you specialise in? Like would you rather be smarter at maths if you're on right, etc.

Also, to help determine what side of the brain you are look at THIS. If it spins clockwise you're likely right, if it spins anti-clockwise you're most likely left. But probably the characteristics are better for deciding this. ;(

I think I am fairly balanced with both sides of my brain, with a preference toward the left side though. That image changes directions when I view it as well.

Also, it's ****ing hilarious seeing the OP use the words 'analytical' and 'logical' HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAAA!!!

I'm pretty even I would say. I want to work in computers but I also write a lot of poetry, I'm romantic/artsy but analyze things a lot. I have lots of really diverse interests that would put me in both sides.

I heard that generally speaking, people who are left handed tend to think with the right side of their brain, whereas people who are right handed tend to think with the left. That's probably not hard and fast science by any means, but it's certainly true in my case! I'm much more of a fantasy/creative kind of guy. I have the ability to be analytical and logical (you don't get the high scores like I did without that - and my Maths was always excellent) but I tend to enjoy thinking creatively far more, and I try to engage myself in activities that use that side.

Also, when I look at that spinning girl it spins clockwise, which makes me a right-side thinker. But when I concentrate on it really hard for a few seconds I can make it spin left, which is probably metaphorical for my thinking process XD

I'm a more logical and analytical thinker than a creative one. I get pretty high marks at school and seem to excell at the more mathematical subjects as well as the sciences - chemistry etc. however, that doesn't mean I don't have any creativity in me! ...just not enough to be the next Picaso. XD;

Also initially for me the lady was rotating clockwise, however it seems to spin both anti-clockwise and clockwise. So pethaps I use an equal portion of both parts of my brain? What I did notice was that, if you look at the whole image the lady looks like she's spinning clockwise however, if you scroll down or you concentrate your vision onto the bottom half of her body, she looks like she's spinning anti-clockwise. I'm left handed by the way d that counts of anything! XD

I think this applies to me as well. I work with computers, though I play the piano instead of writing up poetry, haha.

I'm ambidextrous so maybe that supports my relatively balanced use of my brain?

I'm mostly left-brained; I think things through logically most of the time, but I show my creative side every now and then.

I like to pretend and think that I'm a lot more creative than I am analytical, but I'm really not. I'd say I'm pretty even, so both sides would be a sub-par meal.

It's spinning clockwise, initially, but after concentrating hard it looks like it's going counterclockwise. I guess I'm right-brainy? I dunno. I have no idea how I can quantify my logic-ness with my creativity to see which one is greater. I've got qualities on both sides of my brain. Doesn't everyone?

I heard that generally speaking, people who are left handed tend to think with the right side of their brain, whereas people who are right handed tend to think with the left. That's probably not hard and fast science by any means, but it's certainly true in my case!
The right side of the brain controls the left side of the body and vice versa.

I think I'm pretty equal. I do well academically in math and science, but also in history and English. I enjoy doing art and writing (sometimes) but I'm able to understand math and science really well, so yeah, pretty well balanced.

When I looked at the spinning woman, she was spinning clockwise at first but then when I concentrated really hard I was able to make her go counterclockwise.

Also, she goes counterclockwise when I put my face really close to the screen. O.O

Probably a mix of both, but leaning more on the left side. This actually reminds me of a song, Hey Soul Sister by Train.

Your lipstick stains
On the front lobe of my
Left-side brains
I knew I wouldn't forget you
And so I went and let you
Blow my mind
To me, this says that the most important things will become a piece of your 'left side brain,' the analytical and logistical part of your brain - the one that makes ambiguous and easy-to-forget things make sense and harder to forget. In short, my left side would be tastiest, of course I wouldn't doubt my right side has a bit of a twang to it!

Left side, even though I'm pretty artistic if I must say so.

That's the reason I get so disappointed when it doesn't turn out to be a Picasso after one sketch.

Definitely right. Not only does that thing spin clockwise... logic is not my strong suit. I'm always off in my own little worlds and I love writing. Meanwhile, when it comes to doing things logically, lolnope. I mean I can be sometimes, but most of the time I'm spacey and can't think straight.

To be honest I'm more of a creative person than smart xD.That ballerina to me definitely was spinning clockwise :3. I'm more of a person who enjoys reading fiction books, writing creative fantasy stories of my own (even if they're horrible D:) and doing drawings of strange creatures.

I'm kind of logical but that compares nowhere near to my imagination :3. Imagination FTW :D!

I'm probably leaning to the left, I enjoy and excel at logical things like science and maths but I don't too badly at English and arts. If I had to chose though I would definitely go with left. n_n

Left side definitely, and I say this despite my occasional fan fiction piece (which mostly involve my character Lisa involved in car chases and shootouts as opposed to anything that remotely resembles artistic literature xD) and my plummeting grades through grad school.

I still consider myself very analytical and I do enjoy working with the numbers. I've got degrees in math and finance and enjoy dabbling in that. I also enjoy messing around with computers and science. As further proof of me being squarely a left-brain person, as a kid I would much rather read IRS income tax publications than children's books.

As for art (right side brain) stuff, I do enjoy taking in some forms of art (mostly 80's music and anime style drawings, so I don't know if that counts, lol) but I've never been a fan of "high art", literature or anything like that, so I am definitely not the artistic type.

I'm fine with being a left-brainer. I think it adds a bit of uniqueness to who I am.

I'm definitely more on the right side, I'm not really that creative at all paha. Whereas logical and analytic seems like a pretty good fit! Also the spinning girl thing was going to the right ;p
