A pumpkin pokemon, and that only. You can't arbitrarily create a region with its own pokemon and have no game to back that up.
The graphical representations of fictional creatures that we know and love (perhaps...) are nothing without context.
That said, what is the Dirgo region? Its mountain ranges, forests, plains, and so on. Who is the trainer who controls these "pokemon of the day"?
