This is a hack that I'm working on that uses Pokemon gens 1-5. It is based on hidden gyms in locations all around the world. The main legendary in the game is Entei.

(After you beat Meowth, Meowth announces that he found Jessie and James' old Pokemon (which are the ones he just battled with) and then, feeling happy, James gives the player a Mystery Egg(which turns out to be a Growlith)

(After Dr. Yung is defeated, he tells the player that they have bested his Mirages. Yung then says that now, he will take the players Pokemon and use their memories to create new mirages, then rule the world. Mew comes in, heals all of the player Pokemon and destroys all of Dr. Yung's Machines. The player then plays as a LV 100 Mew and battles Yung again, this time with Yung using a LV 100 Mewtwo. Mewtwo is invincible. After the player loses as Mew, Yung goes after the player. He sends out his LV 100 Mewtwo but it only has the yellow part of it's health left. Once Mewtwo is defeated, Mew regains conscious and blows up the manor. But, the player is saved by Mew, who teleports him out of the manor. The trainer can grab a Masterball that is on the ground. The manor has disappeared. If the player returns they will find Mew again and be able to capture him.)

(After you beat Nick he tells the story of how all of the Leaders became the leaders and of how he got his Kyurem. In the finishing sequence, the trainer is approached by a man named Professor Oak, who challenges him to battle.
