No, there will be no stealing in the BETA. As of now, I'm not even sure if "stealing" will be in the game at all.
I wish I could, but it'd be incredibly hard to pull off.

Besides, the basic DP pokemon that are in the beggining, what pokemon would you like to appear in the wild, in the beggining of the game?

Meowth, Ekans/Arbok, Koffing/Weezing, Victreebell, Lickitung, Wobbuffet, Delibird (one chapter), Cacnea, Seviper, Chimecho and Mime Jr., if I'm not wrong.

I can't wait... but just adding pokemon that Team Rocket normally isn't that fun, for me anyways. I'd like to see a Pikachu to make fun out of TR in the anime (wanting to get Ash's one when there's some in the wild).

Oh all right how about a dratini becasue in the one Johto epsiode where Ash was about to battle or beat clair Team rocket tried to steal a Dragonite but since where talking about the first route I say Dratini

i wouldn't think dratini would make a good early game pokemon, but it'd be a good one to steal perhaps

And if its not to hard, can Team Rockets Mechas be in the game. Like instead of surfing, you use the marikarp suberine(spelling) or the mewoth ballon instead of flying.

hm..it's an interesting idea. but you won't be playing as Jessie and James...however...maybe at least the gyrados/magikarp submarine could possibly make guest appearance
