Well, I'm not going to get overexcited, because when I hear the word "bug fixing" I know that may be done quickly, or take more time than expected (maybe more on a GBC hack?), but still, hoping that you can manage to release it soon.

I cannot wait to see how the game'll look, good luck with the fixing! :D

Hmm, at this point I will neither confirm nor deny that. Some beta towns may influence places in the new region, and removed Beta features may be added. We will have to see

That never happened that I know of in the original games, although it was already in there. some pokemon will show up asleep by default at night, such as pidgey. these pokemon werent catchable at night in the original game so we never saw it

Every 30 seconds the game freezes and lags for about 5 seconds. Is this a bad silver rom, or does this happen in the beta? I'm using VBA.

I'm guessing that would be a bad silver rom, it doesn't do that when I play on VBA. Could also be something odd with your settings or if you have some other program runnign it might be causing it all to lag.

Yeah, I'm using VBA too, and mine's playing fine.

Ooooh, so that's the deal with the snoozin' Pidgey. Come to think of it, I think sometimes if you Headbutted certain Pokemon out of trees at night, they'd be asleep, so that makes sense.

X3 Skeetendo, you are a genius. You're doing something that no Pokemon game for YEARS has been able to make me do.... read all the signs and talk to everyone, just to see what they say. I don't think I've done that since my ORIGINAL Red!

On another note, is everyone's ID# 10101, or am I just idiotically lucky? o_o

Also, since this IS a Silver hack, are there Shiny Pokemon, even though there weren't any in the original games?

When using the PC, Bill's PC already says Bill's PC, even though we haven't met Bill yet. Is that on purpose?
Also, when opening the PC's main menu, the character will be standing on TOP of the menu. >.> Kinda odd...

It's still doing it on another version of the rom. If I use a save file from the original one, and play it on the cleanly patched rom, would it still be messed up?

Using a save file from the original rom and playing on a clean patched rom shouldnt cause any problems as far as I know.

On him standing on top of the menu, I am working on how to fix that. it is a side effect of the hack allowign us to use larger tileset graphics and have more map blocks.

Bill's PC still says Bill's PC because I have not found out how to make it say "Someone's PC" until you meet him yet, but if there is a way it will be be changed as soon as I work it out.

Uumm just found another bug!

Actually it's not exactly bug!

You just didn't change the old man's sprite(Did I say it right? My english suck a bit) - the one that teaches you how to catch pokemon!



And one question!

Have you included the evolutions Umbreon and Espeon of eevee's in this?

I prefer one of these evolutions than the regulars Jolteon,Flareon and Vaporeon!

Btw so far it's great!

Probably this is going to be the greatest remake of R/B

Pretty big bug: When you go to Mt. Moon, the Clefairy dance, but their stationary forms are still next to the rock smash rock. If you talk to them, they say "object event".
Other bugs: When you go into the battle screen, the little pokeball block circle thing before the battle is glitched. Also, the building in Viridian Forest, is that supposed to be unapproachable? I keep hitting an invisible wall. There's a tile glitch in Mt. Moon, too.




That startled me... is it supposed to be that high leveled? And he had two of them. Destroyed my team except for Nidoking.
...What was up with the random Charmander? And Brock never forked over a TM.

But that Eevee pisses me off, it's useles as a starter, the Pikachu does 5!!! Damage to it.

Well come to think of it......

Eevee was supposed to be the true starter for the trainer in pokemon yellow!

But then Gary pushed you aside and he instead took Eevee!

So then we had to take Pikachu as a started from Professor Oak!


I guess Skeetendo, Inc. made it that way since in this remake anything strange/rumored etc. would happen!

But that's just my guess!

That was fun, I played through to the Super Nerd, even though beating Brock with an Eevee is damn hard!

By the way is the part where you buy a Magikarp for 500 dollars not going to be in?

Hmm, Im beginning to wonder with these little bugs if the IPS didn't make right for some reason. For example there is an old man blocking you from getting to the house in viridian forest, and the little tile bugs and things with the team rocket's pokemon rosters. the pokecenter is a genuine bug, I found that out after I released it that I forgot to save typing in the pointer to the new event data in there. Let me fix that and remake the IPS so ti should fix these things. Your old save states will work fine if you play with the new patch, expect it later today. My apologies for the IPS patcher not working properly (What I get for using "Smart IPS" instead of Lunar IPS like usual XD) and not saving repointing that.

I don't know, you might wanna keep that Raticate guy in there. It was an interesting challenge. 2x smokescreen from Charmeleon + 2x double kick from Nidoking FTW.

You could try out Snestool, iv never had any problems with that for the 7 and half years iv been into emulation.
