Hmm, I'd really like to help in this somehow.
I've strolled around this side of the forums for quite a while; and have wanted to help with alot of the projects. But I'm not that great of a spriter :x

Maybe I could be an Idealist?
I could also make you a Start Screen; since that deals with designing more than spriting.

it;s a good concept.
but it looks to me like he;s in RSE style?
try to stick to FRLG, it looks better usually.

you may have recolored the hair i guess.
but thats all it is.
you took a head of a sprite, stuck it on normans body. and then recolored his hair lol.

that doesn't mean you can't use him.
just edit the body (once its in frlg form) so it looks more custom.
it isnt that tough to add or subtract a few pixels.
maybe recolor his clothes too.

dont forget the backpack!
