Been looking for this (I had no internet the last days)
But I must say you just judge Freeze to fast... Some stuff like 2C? By the way, If you want the HM's I got the list of 7/8 just missing surf, which is the only one I want... But... (Not Just it's animations, but the offset the the script)

May I have the surf offset? (I was making the list myself, then I started with finding cut and ended up with a list with all except the thing I was looking for...)
But I think it's for dive;-) or whilpool...

I think, that the surf you are looking for is 0x09, the one I have in the list on my first post.

If you want the full list, or offset to the scripts just tell...

2 = Cut
2B = Watterfall
2C = Dive

I don't remember dive, other than the in battle attack if that's what you mean, being in firered.

I thought that so, But Dive is programmed with a full HM stuff in Fire Red + LG.
