Pokemon Dragonshine [Fire Red Base]

hello. my name is sean and this is going to be my first hack. i already have all the male sprites but im going to need quite some help.
the game is going to have you choose from 2 dragon pokemon (dranti or bagon).

i will need the following help.

title screen editer
battle sprite editor
overworld tile editor
scripters for the new maps

if there is anything someone can help with i will see if i need it.

Story:
Our story takes place in (Region TBA).
Dragons are getting ready to take over the land. Professor Oak Gives our heros baby dragons
so they can use them to get close enough to the dragons and attack back. Along With The
Dragons Many Other Pokemon Will Be Needed To Conqure The Rebellious Dragons.

Features:
New Towns
New Storyline
New Heros
Day and Night System (Like D/P/Plat)
Edited Attacks
New Legendary (Won't Give Name But Its Dragon/Psycic Type)
New Region (Unnamed(You Can Give Some Ideas In Comments))
New Gyms
New Badges

so i can make sure I see what you sent. If you email me i will
email you back with the sprites I have, so you have something
to copy~
The undone sprites are the ones in blank boxes.
If you want to make some please fill in the WHOLE
catagory.

UPDATE!
If someone would like to see their ideas in my game comment
something like "How about a type _______ Gym" or "Can A Town Be Named
______ and look like this?"~
I will give you credit in the intro part of the game as well as the end.

I know you didn't request it specifically, but if you need some mapping help, i'd be happy to help. Also, I think you should try getting a third dragon for a starter. I'm recommending Horsea. This way you will have Kingdra (you could add the evolution at a level instead of a trade), Dragonite, and Salamance. Another thing you should consider would be Flygon, so you don't have two Dragon/Flying types. Just my recommendations.
Also, if you don't want my mapping help, i'll help with beta testing.

What do you mean? I think this hack could turn out great. I just need a little more time and I'll have the map ready (I'm altering it completely due to it's...plainness...)

well honestly the story is not that great... and seriously dude...dragons able to plan an attack on humans? and the humans able to forsee this invasion and plan against it?
well the story doesn't make sense...

But if you want this hack to succeed work on scripting along with the mapping/spriting

Yeah, i was thinking along the same lines. The storyline needs some work, but it definitely has potential.
