To be honest, this isn't a very effective lead because you only fully set vs Roserade and non-Choice Scarf Smeargle. And if you want this to work you need to support it with dual screens + a Rapid Spinner if you don't make this a lead.

Ice Punch or Rock Slide helps more with Flying-types, and Hypnosis has awful accuracy, so Substitute would do best.

Stone Edge offers more power and better coverage than Earthquake. Babiri Berry to survive Scizor's Bullet Punch, BlackGlasses so you can 2HKO Swampert without taking recoil, Life Orb for the added boost, etc. Jolly helps because Tyranitar is incredibly slow it at least helps him outrun Starmie, etc. Fire Punch for Scizor, Aqua Tail for Gliscor, Hippowdon, and the like, and lastly Earthquake for Steel-types.
