the reign of legends. Is just that in Johto I cant go, because there are some guards. Is there some event or something that I must complete?

I Have Played reign Of legends I Found It Quite Boring
Because Its Got Basicly What All Other hacks Have
Where When I Played Rescue Rangers And Life Of Gaurdions I Found Them Quite Interesting because
They Contained Good Features Like
In Rescue rangers You play As A Pikachu
In Life of Guardions You Go To A School And Have Your First badge Confiscated

You're asking where to get them in Ruby Destiny: Life of Guardians, right?
Well, you can't capture them yet in the game.
Maybe in later beta releases.

In Ruby Destiny: Reign of Legends, you can't go further in both the Johto and Kanto regions.

i just restarted to play reign of legends. im having a little trouble planning out a party of pokemon so could someone help? i know i want blaiziken and charizard. its also been a while since i last played so i forgot if you can get gengar. then should i get blastoise or feraligator? then maybe lucario? and i have no idea for a last. thanks in advance for whoever helps me decide

My computer won't open the downloaded file. I don't understand if its because it's an ips file or for some other reason. Is there anything I can download that will enable me to open it?
