1. Im suggesting, if he can alter other characters, pikachu following ash wouldnt be impossible

Look. Pikachu following the main characture IS impossible. People have worked on getting that to work correctly for YEARS and no one has even come CLOSE to succeding at it.

I finally beat Sabrina. I was lucky, because my Charmeleon's ember burned Kadabra. I had to hold out long enough for Kadabra to succumb to the burn.

hehehe I have a good and yet iratating idea; after you finish Ash Gray you could make one just like Ash Gray except it involves the Johto region and so on!!

Is Butch and Cassidy going to be in this game? If they are, are you going to add their overworld sprites, and their battle sprites?
Here is a way to make the first gym battle (with Brock) a lot better than before if you haven't done it yet (I haven't tested the hack myself).
If you want to, you can make electric type moves do damage to ground type pokemon.
