Boring episode. Misty catches Poliwag so it's not a filler but I never got into that Pokémon or the plot of this episode. It was interesting to see Misty take care of Ash and Tracey though. I guess.

It also showed that at the very least, Misty had some skill for cooking and isn't really that hopeless in it as some people think. If she really was hopeless, then she couldn't even boil the water without burning the Salveyo Weed.

I remember I watched this episode in Japanese like 2349 times for reason, this was back when I was 11 though, mind you. I have no idea why I used to like it so much. xD; All and all, it was just some filler, but at the same time, I've seen worse. It was cute in some way.

I like how Misty shows her nice side in this episode, helping both team rocket and Ash and Tracey. Plus, she gets a poliwag! But I wish it became a poliwrath in the end...
Still, I think this episode is cute.
