the game looks great,but I think the tiles are kinda "lifeless"
you know?its looks very gray compared to the d/p/pt/h/s ones

Well, this looks good game, your a good scripter anyway, what would be the size of the game? because as I can see it's too good and the graphics looks good so far, and 1 more thing, my not when throwing pokeball, make it animated like in the GBA one because it will look look good, than the other games I've play

If ur in a cave, use: Metal Slug 3 - Devil's Snow Cave
Legendary Pokemon: Children of Bodom - Angels Don't Kill
Gym Leader, use: Children of Bodom - Are you dead yet?
Elite Four, use: Breaking Benjamin - Blow Me Away
Champion, use: Metal Slug 5 - Final Attack
Title, use: Saliva - Ladies and Gentlemen
Wild Battle, use: Metal Slug 7 - Allen's Theme
Ordinary Trainer, use: Saliva - Click Click Boom
Grunt, use: Saliva - Superstar
Gang Leader, use: Metallica - Ecstasy of Boom
Rival, use: Megadeth - Holy Wars

It looks absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I can't wait to get my mittens on it! One suggestion, if the game is just a Gen IV remake of all of the games, riddle me this, why would we bother downloading it??
The story has to be altered in certain ways. Perhaps the main player is Red's cousin and he wants to follow in the foot steps of his cousin. You know, that kind of stuff.
Anyway great work and whatever you do this will be great!

Did you even read the OP (Original Post) thoroughly? There is actually a story (not sure if its the final one though) for Explorers version of Blue Chrome.

You used to live in Oldpine Town, a quiet and calm town withing the region of Calledris. There you spent all your childhood, with your Parents, sister and irritating cousin. Unforunately a tragic even occoured. Your mother was comming back to Calledris from a train in Goldenrod City, when the city got ambushed and the Radio and train station were taken over by Team Rocket. Something went wrong within their plans, and people managed to board the train and depart with it. Team Rocket couldn't have that, so they destroyed a part of the tracks, and after the train departed, those people on the train were never seen again. Three months passed by, and your father finally lost his mind. He rushed to discover where his wife was, only to find that the people of Goldenrod were celebrating a boy's victory over Team Rocket...but the passengers were never found. Your dad couldn't take it all anymore, and fled somewhere to get away from it all.

It was only your sister, cousin and you that remained. Fortunately, your father had a good friend who was also a very famous professor in Kanto, and he decided he would help your family out, and invited you all to come to Kanto. He had a house ready for you, and an event was taking place in Kanto. It was the time of the year where this professor would give out three Pokemon to three very brave boys ready to take on a journey. A journey, they themselves couldn't know the magnitude of. Your caring sister decided to take you and your cousin to Kanto and start your new life there. This is where a grand chapter of exploration begins...
