Game is playable up to the 2nd gym (Marvelight City)
Lunar IPS was used to create the IPS patch

in marvelight you can buy master balls for no money at all. I also found tons of glitches in the buildings of marvelight. for one the bookcase in young masters house. besides that it was a good game. I like how each route had a specific type. 651=grass,652=fire, 653=ground,654=electric.(judging from what I ran into.)

Thanks for the great game. I've gotten into it but haven't finished it yet. However I am sad to report a rather strange bug report. In Peatite town there is a house with a little girl who gives you the silk scarf. The interesting thing is that if you collect the scarf(I'm not sure you have to take the sacrf but that's the way I tested it) then you stand next to her and open you inventory and go back you find yourself in her position with yourself standing next to you, then if you go back into the inventory and come back you find yourself as your original sprite with yourself next to you. This wouldn't be to much of a problem however you can only move one square away. I have a screen shot of me standing next to me if you'd like me to upload it

Also what is the link to add the banner to your signature?

Yes, hello. I downloaded your beta, and I tried patching it with Lunar IPS, however,after Lunar IPS says "File successfully patched" I open it up, screen is black like its loading a rom, but then it stays at a White screen, and I'm unable to do anything besides close out.

Am I doing something wrong here?

I finished the game, very good so far, however I think you could make the gym leaders a little stronger, I beat Bela with a team that was already weakened with ease (my team was rather above level though)

Marvelight City is incomplete. The next release should resolve all the issues brought up, and should allow access up to Paristorm City (Gym Four).

I've been thinking about making the Gym Leaders' teams more difficult to fight; what is currently fought against in the first two gyms is actually a scaled-back version of what I initially had in mind.

@Version Five: You must have done something wrong, or are using an emulator that for whatever reason doesn't work properly. I recommend using VBA.

EDIT: Btw, i donno if any1 said this, but when open the town map I'm not at the location i'm supposed to be at, the icon is somewhere on a random spot.

Found a little glitch in Route 652. Before you battle the psychic guy, if you walk up the left of the path you can't control your character anymore, and instead control the character of the psychic guy.

I just played the beta and i must say THIS IS THE MOST GREAT BETA EVER!!!!! I really like the tiles the gameplay and the story line. I also really like how you made sure that bug pokemon was available in the wild before the first grass type gym so that way if a person chooses a grass or water type they can catch a bug type raise it and use it in the gym and get an easy badge. Excellent Job!!! Keep up the good work

So this glitch on Route 652 is caused by the behavior of the Trainer overworld for the last trainer on this route. This will be fixed in the next release, but for now a quick fix you can use is this: when walking through the last part of this route, use a Repel to avoid wild battles and make sure to not open the menu to check on Pokemon, items, etc. After you beat this trainer, he disappears, and therefore you don't have to worry about this glitch afterward. There's a similar issue with one of the NPCs in a house in Peatite Town, which will also be fixed.
