Hey guys been using this to various effect. lol Definitely need some help, been losing more than winning but have been putting up a good fight if i do say so. Please help!! I am open to fixes, adds, deletes anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Aerodactyl: Quaker Oats
Unnerve: Jolly: 252 ATT 252 Spe 4 HP
Focus Sash

Earthquake
Taunt
Stealth Rock
Rock Slide

Fairly straightforward taunt most leads from setting up, then stealth rock and attack til dead lol.

Lilligant: Lilly
Own Tempo or Chlorophyll: Modest : 252 SpAtt 252 Spe 4 SpDef
Leftovers

Sleep Powder
Giga Drain
Leech Seed
Quiver Dance

Again, just sleep powder grab a few quiver dance and giga drain like crazy!!! ( i loooove her <3)

Bouffalant : Updo (thinking about possibly getting rid of him due to speed)
Reckless: Adamant : 252 Hp 252 Att 4 Def
Choice Band

Head Smash
Wild Charge
Earthquake
Megahorn

This guy is crazy with reckless + choice band just wrecks!

Hitmontop: Dr. Dreidle (just added him in today been testing pretty well)
Technician: Adamant: 252 HP 252 ATT 4 Spe
Life Orb

Mach Punch
Sucker Punch
Close Combat
Fake Out

Fake out then Stab Mach Punch for priortiy awesomeness

Sigilyph: Aztec
Magic Guard : Timid : 252 HP 200 Def 56 Spe
Flame Orb

Psycho Shift
Stored Power
Cosmic Power
Roost

This thing is surprisingly good. Cosmic power as much as you can roost to heal then release with stored power for Epic dmg. For heavy hitters transfer burn from flame orb to them with psycho shift

Darmanitan: Zen (can't take a hit... weak to priority = no bueno)
Sheer Force: Adamant: 252 Att 252 Spe 4 SpDef
Life Orb/Choice Band (not liking choice so switched to life orb)

U-Turn
Rock Slide
Flare Blitz
Superpower

Was my only fighting move user til hitmontop arrived but, idk. Just Flare Blitz for Ferrothorn and scizor.

Anyways again any help would be greatly appreciated. Noticeable problems are Dark weakness, especially Hydreigon, friends hydreigon just ran my team down. Conkeldurr can be a bit of a problem. I think thats it. Oh i've kicked out dragon dance dream world dragonite, cohagrigus wall, musharna wall. Thanks in advance for the help!!!

Lilligant's movepool is terrible. Hidden Power (Ice) or (Fire) is better over Leech Seed, as it's too frail to use it effectively.

As cool as Hitmontop is, Conkeldurr is better because of its base 140 Attack. Like Hitmontop, it also checks Excadrill and Hydreigon:
-Bulk Up
-Drain Punch
-Mach Punch
-Payback/Stone Edge
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 136 HP/252 Atk/120 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Guts

How about running your own Hydreigon in Bouffalant's place?:
-Draco Meteor
-Fire Blast
-Surf
-U-turn/Dark Pulse
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf
