Expanding function in DS : Only 00 values worked (same as delete block option). I can find the values for approximately different coordinates (see my last screen), but i can't calculate the right values for DS. If anyone can help me (Pichu2000, etc...)


After that, the last things to do for textures research are 3D moving and block rotations (for the sand in center).

That is some progress! What card are you using? Just so I know...


Anyways, what I would do is try using 255 (I know, a lot) revisions and change that byte and list all the ones that will load on the DS properly. Then, from there, list what each hex number does. It might yield some positive results.

Edge.

The problem is the black screen. The DS is not capable to load positive or negative value in this area (except 00 - or recalculated values) And... that's the only area where we can extend / reassign textures...

The informations blocks contains nothing about textures used.

Alright, it appears what seems to be a removal of the flowers on the whole map alltogether, it looks to me like you've removed the flowers from the texture objects on the map, so which means the flowers don't appear.

Unless I could be mistaken. xD

If we find every values, yes, we can extend the textures where we want, even for the DS. Before this day, this function will be certainly grayed in DS Map.

Texture extending in DS (that's not a simple texture editing, flowers are completly deleted).
It require many many things...

And i haven't tried in grass blocks.

SVN7 hasn't been released. And don't worry- you'll understand on how to use it because there are plans to make SVN7 multilingual.

What do you mean by "implent your own 3D creations".
You can replace the land_data at anytime.

Ooh, yay. SVN7 is out. I'll go over the program and make sure that the translations are correct, and now my Tech Demo can start! :D

3D Textures moving function (alpha).
With this function, you can move every tree (for example) where you want on the Map.






Thanks to pichu2000 for his explanation.


After that, i hope we can keep only a polygon for superposing texture into a block (flower etc...).
In future, i think it will possible to create an moutain or any complex creation in the Map.
