[Spoilers] BW031 - The Lost Scalchop! Mijumaru's Greatest Crisis!!

Joltik is so tiny! It's smaller than Oshawott. D:

Well, if anything is to be said, with recent scans of another Snivy vs. Emolga episode, Oshawott does not evolve in this episode. In a way, I feel kind of down about it, because I'm really hoping Oshawott is the one to be Ash's fully evolved starter. At the same time though, looking at the preview, Oshawott seems to be handling himself just fine.

This definitely does seem like an episode where Wotter masters Aqua Jet, and evolution is a later subject...But I don't think he'll evolve anyway. I think it'd be hard to fit his personality onto a Dewott, let alone Samurott (lol, Samurott loses his horn). It would probably play out with him either not evolving or becoming a Dewott, Smugleaf evolves once, and Tepig goes all the way up to Emboar, just to totally destroy Trip's Smuglord.

It was a great episode, despite not much actually happening in terms of big-picture story. Mijumaru got stronger, sure, but I wonder if that’s going to help it significantly in future battles. I think he should have at least mastered Aqua Jet.
Dent had more screen time than he has been recently getting, which I appreciated. That man is adorable. Loved the scene where he was sad about his dish cover. :D

Pretty much what I got out of it was Speed increase, oh no my shells lost. Not much of an episode. At least Oshawott got some development. Although I still think he is lacking a lot, considering he didn't even master Aqua Jet.

Wow this could've been much more than a lost item and training episode. Oshawott could've either evolved or mastered aqua jet.

Mijumaru's dropping his shell all the time in the episodes. I'll be looking forward to this episode. I don't think Miju will be evolving either. It seems a bit too... soon? :V

Oshawott was so adorable in this episode but I'm so glad that Dento got more screen time; him crying over his cooking supply being burnt by Pikachu thunderbolt was so cute! I did wish that Oshawott mastered Aqua jet though but at least he had a good battle. I felt bad for the otter though whenever it started thinking about it's shell.

It was a hilarious episode, especially with Mijumaru trying all his substitute 'shells'. Mijumaru's expressions are adorable. xD And I never knew that Joltik was so tiny. o-o

This was an OK-ish episode. It wasn't entirely pointless, and I enjoyed it somewhat.

- Urgh, Miji is just as annoying as Piplup...Go back in your Pokeball
- This episode reminds me of that episode they lost the GS Ball...as in, loosing something and basing a whole episode on it >___> Or how about an episode where the Clampearl lost its pearl
- Hmm, OK, so this is an episode about Miju not relying on his scallsword so much. Character development.
- ...Shockwave isn;t supposed to miss -_-
- How did Miju survive that -_-
- Aaand obviously it was found at the end of the episode
