 Introduction and ExplanationKarpman here, again. My first tournament didn't go over so well, but hopefully this one can turn out to be a success. Basically, I wanted to come up with an idea for a really unique tour and the first thing that came to mind was 'no attacking moves', but I knew that would just end in mindless stalling. I then settled on not allowing moves with a base power higher than 70. All not-attacking moves, except the ones mentioned in the rules, are allowed. The Rules-All Pokemon, Abilities, Items and Moves located here are banned. -No moves with a Base Power higher than 70 may be used, moves that can increase in base power, such as Pursuit and Avalanche can still be used -The ability Technician is banned for this tournament. -Moves that boost a Pokemon's Defensive Stats [Special Defense and Defense] are banned for this tournament. Sandstorm is still allowed, as is Reflect/Light Screen. -All matches will be played on PC's Pokemon Online Server -No cheating of any kind -No rematches will be given -It is reccomended that you keep battle logs -All matches must be fought in the 'Wifi' Tier -The WiFi Clause, Freeze Clause, Sleep Clause, Species Clause, Evasion Clause, OHKO Clause and Freeze Clause must be on in all tour battles.
