What is Userbar?
Userbar known as Signatures are a small caption and logo that can be animated or not.Commonly Userbars have 350x20 pixels.Almost all Userbars have The Font called Visitors You Can Download it anywhere~.

Background Pattern: The third one (with the squirtle family.)
Font: The default font that is used in your userbars.
Caption: Imperial Contingency
Sprites/Art: Dragonite
Other details: Sprite and Caption set up like first example.

Other details: Well could you animate the lanturn so that it squirts water on the text and it fades away and then he thunders it back :D

Its tommorow and with edens userbar the dragoite on the side is well disproportionate and seems like it should be streched up a bit :P

Caption: AquaticWartortle Surf!

Almost perfect. If you could just do two things it would be good.

-Make the BG Colour more Orange it looks a little red.
-Swap the dragonites around, then replace the big dragnite with the Hero and Heroine of my game (Found here.) Could you make sure they are facing each other.
-Make the text colour white instead of orange.

If you do these things it would be perfect! Thanks so much :)

Uh, Well. You changed the dragonite to the emerald one, when I wanted the Black and white one. And the two people look really weird. If your gonna use the magic wand tool, turn of anti-alias. Because they've been cut out wrong. Other than that, your doing really good (Y)! Thanks, Sorry for being fussy, I just have a image in my head of how it should look :).

Oh and I just noticed, Could you make the girl face the boy. Thanks.

Perfect! Except I asked you to put it back to the other dragonite from Black and White, Sorry for a pain in bum, but Idid mention it before. Leave everything else coz i's perfect oterwise ;D.

It says the following when I do what you said: "Remote file is too large". I'm sorry if i'm being a huge pain but I guess my signature is being naughty to me today :P
