I've been becoming fascinated in things that games have to run. More specifically, using a hex editor to see this stuff. I thought I'd make this thread to document some of the content that I have uncovered, and make additional posts on things that I do with what I can find.

It seems there are debugging settings here, and some other various things.

What is interesting about this game is that the in-game script isn't encoded. It's in ASCII. And, many of these debug strings also appear in Red Rescue Team, so I think that the debug info from the GBA version is still intact in the DS version. We need to find a way to load it though.

As well, all the game script is in the overlay files, not in an internal script file like Pokémon DPPtHGSSBW uses. And, it only uses about half the file for the script. The rest, I assume, is a kind of table.
