Have you been doing 4 chatters? And you're capturing, right? If so, the IVs should always be the same for each poke you catch.

I have a quick question about RNGing: How do I rng fossils? Are the IVs determined when I give the fossil or get it back? Also, what IV frame does it start on?

Thanks Greg! Shiny, try to do one more chatter and then you should get what you want (if you mean it is one frame above in the PIDRNG chart, meaning frame 50 instead of 51).
