I think I've only seen maybe 15 minutes total of Roseanne over the years. Every time I catch it on TV, I watch it for a minute and then don't get any of the jokes so I switch off. :s

I used to hate it! But it always came on when I was up at like 3-4 AM at home and I grew to have a sort of love/hate relationship with it, haha.

The other people in my household watch soap operas. They are so annoying, pointless and boring. Although many different shows during primetime are good. The CSI Miami season finale looks good too. :3

My dad accidentally got himself hooked on Coronation Street. It started out as a ploy to annoy my mom and brother by using the TV to watch it and now he's addicted to it and has to watch every episode the day they air. He's been going on recently about how excited he is that Canada is catching up to what's airing in Britain right now, lmao. We just shake our head at him when he does this.

oh my gosh coronation street. My grandparents have watched that for as long as I can remember.

Hmm, I stopped tuning into Telenovelas when I fully switched to anime after I came here to the US.

Still Pinoy Telenovelas are sooooooo obvious in terms of plot. Poor kid gets thrust into a rich family through some revelation/event and then hilarity ensues. Still nowadays they add tons of fantasy/magic/superhero stuff into it too. xD

Asian soap operas tend to be just.. TV dramas. I can't stand western soaps but Asian dramas are awesome!
