Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask... I read the rules and stuff, and figured that this would be the place to ask.
So I'm just messing around on RMXP, and I realized you can't directly connect the maps, make the routes and cities "blend" in together, if you get what I'm saying. The only way I've found out how to do it is make a teleporting event and teleporting the player to the town from the route. But this looks bad, it's overall a pain.
Is there a way just to connect the maps? Or do I have to make it open-world-ish?
Sorry, I'm a complete noob when it comes to this stuff...

You need Pokemon Essentials. Then make your map and connect them in the Editor with Visual Editor.

Oh! (: Thank you. I have Pokemon Essentials, I didn't know you could connect maps with it.
