I came up with this idea when I was bored this afternoon. Then suddenly an idea popped inside my head and this is what came out. I've also tested this a bit in PlayTCG and works fine but I think it still needs some sharpening up.
4 Pokemon Collector
4 Junk Arm
2 Energy Retrieval
2 Skyarrow Bridge
3 Level Ball
1 Burned Tower
The strategy of this deck is simple. You use Collector to bring out Ninetales and Noctowl while using their draw power to bring out Victini and Mewtwo EX and charge them up manually. You can also use Collector to bring out Victini and Mewtwo EX when you already have them in your hand.
Any ideas on how to improve it?

That's quite a bit of draw power built into this deck. I mean, you've got 33 trainers, mostly dominated by drawing trainers, and then Ninetales and Noctowl. Seems like you're at high risk of decking yourself.
