I second this notion! I finally find some good Moemon Roms and now I don't have a Jap version .ini for this awesome toolset Dx

These tools are written in Visual Basic 9, which is part of the .NET framework. Therefore, to run these tools, you will need to have the .NET framework installed on your computer.

That happen to me just yesterday I have installed .net framework 4.0 at first then installed 3.0 still didn't worked but when I installed 3.5 it worked.....

But in my other PC it worked with 3.0 I wonder what's the problem....

Since most recent posts are people asking for the files to be reuploaded and it doesn't seem as though Wichu has been around here in a while (and it seems a bit unlikely the files will be reuploaded, sadly), I'm going to close this thread.
Wichu, if you want to reupload the files and update the first post with fixed links, contact either DrFuji or myself, and we'll happily reopen it for you.
