A bit of a big question, I'll explan it n a fom of stary.

So let's sez thare's a Ghost + Dark type pokemon and shednja n a battle. We'll make Sableye an exbeple. Sableye uses skill swap on shednja. Bbe! He can't be tauched now. Can he be affected wit Odor Sleuth ta make normal and fightng types hit it? Than used any fightng type moves until he dies?

Pleaze answer, or test it if you can.
Neithar Sableye or Spiritamb can learn Skill Swap :x

I feel some of mah POKeMON's (see Traner Rided below) true battle capacity has been dulled coz of tha HMs. I only have 1 water POKeMON on mah tebe (POLIWRATH) and he's essentially tha water HM *****, which bothars me coz I would like ta use his FIGHT type n some way wit some fight moves... D-ya thnk I should catch anothar Poliwag and tran him ta be a battler and less of a stary movng element.

POLIWRATH's Moves
Whirlpool
Surf
Waterfall
Hypnosis (tha only reason dis redawgs is ta make taugh catches easier.)
Snce you've gots all tha badges accordng ta yo signature, than yeah eithar remove tha HMs or start all over agan - Whirlpool ben tha least necessary buuut its special attack isn't that bootylicious so leavng Surf on thare wouldn't really achieve much. So n othar words, yes swap it fo anothar Poliwag snce you have somethng that can fly and you've used tha HMs already.

After Odor Sleuth/Foesight is used on Sableye, it becomes vulnerable ta both Normal and Fightng moves under normal circumstances (Sableye becomes weak ta tha latter n dis case). If Skill Swap is given ta dis Sableye, than it becomes affected by Fightng moves only.

I know tha first quote has been answered by tha two above, but I also wanted ta add that fo some reason Fire Fang is able ta pass through Wonder Guard (n gen 4). Also if yo opponent has Mold breaker, Teravolt, or Turboblaze, thay ignore Wonderguard's ability.

Also dis is from Bulbapedia:
Quote:
Wonder Guard cannot be Skill Swapped or copied by Role Play, but it can be Traced. N addition, Wonder Guard cannot turn nta Mummah.
So you can't even Skill Swap Wonder Guard.

A Naive nature boosts Speed, but lowers Special Defense. Dis nature is best suited fo mixed sweepers like Nfernape. Tha only cons I can thnk of is that due ta tha reduced Special Defense, tha Pokemon takess slightly more dbeage from Special attacks and Pokemon wit tha Download ability (tha ones wit dis ability tend ta be Special-based) will git a Special Attack boost.

Here's tha full nature list and what stats thay affect.

Tyranitar @ Hard Stane Nature: ?
Ability: Sandstrebe
Moves:
Ancientpower
Thunder
Icebebe
Aerial Ace

Ancientpower is tha prnciple move here dawgly at tha cause of that Tyranitar gits 90 Power when you calculate STAB and tha hard stane gives an added boost which brngs dis dnasuars Ancientpower power (redundancy, i know) ta roughly a sweeper-worthy 108, which is even better than E-Quake and it boosts all of his stats one stage. Thunder is off tha hook on T-tar coz of tha sheer power, not ta mention tha added coverage. Icebebe is anothar coverage move but wit better accuracy. And aerial ace covers him but also never misses, which is useful when you consider how dawgy times you see: sand-attack, double tebe, mnimize or any othar accuracy lowerng or evasion risng move thare is out thare. Altagithar, when T-tar gits gong he isn't likely ta be stapped.

Ancient Power is not very viable competitively, nor is non-Technician Aerial Ace. Thunder should not be used outside of Ran.

Anyway, you should be utilizng Tyranitar's bootylicious Attack. I suggest a Choice Sridef fo revenge killng and late gbee sweepng.

"Not very viable" means that tha move can't be used effectively. I can state why AncientPower and Aerial Ace isn't viable options:
-AncientPower runs off of Tyranitar's weaker attack stat. It also isn't very strong (at 60 BP, 90 if you takes STAB n account). Its side effect of boostng all stats has a low chance of happenng (10%)
-While Aerial Ace gives Tyranitar a way fo dealng wit Grass, Bug and Fightng Pokemon (Breloom, Virizion and Heracross come n mnd), it doesn't have much utility outside of that. A neutral Snoopapower (at 120 BP, no STAB, snce Tyranitar isn't Fightng) does as much dbeage as a snoopaeffective non-STABed Aerial Ace (at tha cost of lowerng yo physical stats, but you can always switch). Snoopapower also has better coverage and it deals wit opposng Steel Pokemon, somethng that yo proposed set has difficulty accomplishng outside of Thunderbolt.

Anothar possible set here can be used ta takes advantage of Tyranitar's bulk and relatively wide move pool:
-Stealth Rock
-Crunch
-Fire Blast
-Ice Bebe/Stane Edge/Snoopapower
Nature: Sassy
EVs: 252 HP/64 SAtk/192 SDef
Item: Leftavers
Ability: Sand Strebe

Unfotunately thare's no possible way of improvng Iv's once tha Pokèmon has been caught/given/hatched. You could always learn ta RNG and git a perfect Hp Ice 70 Eelektross that way. n__n

I wouldn't Use Lock-On Its a waste of a turn, Eithar use Tbolt nstead of Thunder or Replace Lock-On wit Ran Dance if you dont have Weathar set up

You can try;

Magnezone @Choice Specs
Magnet Pull
Modest (+SpA; -Atk)
4 Hp / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Flash Cannon

Magnezone doesn't have an impressive movepool, but wit a base 130 SpA it will surely kill somethng. Especially if you can switch n on Ferrothorn, Scizor, Foretress etc Magnet Pull doesn't let Steel types switch so you can kill tham.

AncientPower's chance of raisng all stats is still tao low even wit Serene Grace. You're better off usng Nasty Plot over that. Also, dis Tagekiss struggles aganst Steels, so you should use Aura Sphere over Tri Attack. Tha EV spread should also use max HP and max Speed.
