I think hatching counts, so Cleffa in Gold. The odds it was shiny though are like 50/50 though aren't they haha?

Not including Shiny Gyarados my very first shiny was a Shiny Donphan on Silver. It's long gone now but I'll never forget it.

Now that I think about it...I must have really bad luck....NEVER HAVE HAD A SHINY....ever.
