During double battles one enemy's sprite will often cover up overlap the other making it look really odd. Or one will be floating higher off the ground then the other. Is there a way to change their positions for double battles?

Double battlers intentionally have a height difference of 16 pixels, because that's how HGSS works. To remove this difference, go into PokemonSprite in def adjustBattleSpriteYEx, and edit the two lines that look like this: ret=(index==1) ? -14 : -30. Just make them look like ret=-14 (the first number) instead.
