New field in the User Control Panel for changing what separator shows between posts and signatures. You can now choose between Left (default), Right, Centred (both traditional and dotted) and none at all. To change, go to the User Control Panel --> Edit Options --> Messaging and Notifications --> Signature Separator.

Two aesthetic changes have been made to Quick Reply. First off, the Tab key now allows you to select "Show your signature" and "Quote message in reply" before the Post Quick Reply button.
The second change is the removal of the "Disable smilies in text" option - it is now enabled/disabled by default if you have specified to disable smilies in your User Options. To explicitly enable/disable smilies in your post, hit "Go Advanced" and click the relevant checkbox.
The Next / Previous thread feature has been removed.
All members who have blogs can now delete comments posted to their entries. Editing comment text is still retstricted to super moderators and administrators.
Default smilies have been changed to an animated blue set with updated replacements. As usual, if you'd prefer to not use the replacements, you can disable smilies by default in the Edit Options part of your user control panel.
Everybody will now be given a notification when one of their posts is liked. Clicking the link will take them to their user control panel where the list of recent likes has been modified to show the new likes. Couple of notes:
By viewing the user control panel page that lists the unseen likes, it'll mark them all as seen. I couldn't decide if this behavior was more or less helpful than requiring you to view the actual thread your post was made in. If you want to give me your opinions by VM or PM I would appreciate it :D
Viewing the thread the post was liked in will also mark it as seen.
Clicking on the links in the user control panel will now open in a new window.
The server will now automatically track how much traffic it's handling. When these levels get too high and things start to slow down (aka all of the time -_-), guests will not be able to browse the forums. Existing members will be able to log in and guests will be given the option to register to continue browsing. Hopefully this will help to alleviate some of the slow loading times for members. Also, everybody go post on Sylphiel's profile telling her AWESOME her Porygon/Joltik artwork is. :]
The signature rules have been updated, the following parameters have been added:
Signatures must fit within the PG-13 age restriction.
Themes containing in excess; violence, sex, aberrational behaviour, drug abuse, and nudity are not permitted within signatures. Decisions made on the disabling of a signature under the pretence that it is deviating from the PG-13 standard is at a staff member's discretion.
Signatures should not be intentionally sexually provocative: This means that any scenes of a blatant sexual nature are not permitted within signatures. Anything surpassing a mild sexual reference will be considered as being intentionally sexually provocative.
Signatures should not contain explicit nudity: Anything containing visual sexual organs, or bare breasts, are considered as explicit nudity. This is applicable to all mediums it is shown in such as scenes from games, anime, films, and anything containing a form pertaining physical nudity. The only exception is found within the Art & Design forum and is explained within the Art & Design rules.
Signatures should not contain violent scenes: Anything visibly harming oneself or another in a more than mildly graphic way would be considered a violent scene. The level of violence permitted is mild, anything malicious is not permitted. Themes of violence within signatures should not be very realistic, nor extreme.
Avoid rapidly changing images with high contrast.
Consider the affect your images will have on a member with sensitive eyes, or with photosensitive epilepsy.
Do not abuse the CSS tags. Please do not use CSS in malicious or intrusive ways. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the staff, depending on severity of the offence.
